Good Bye Jan

Thomas, Daddy, Layne, and Uncle Dan went to the MSU game today....to bad our team gave up the win. Thomas got Caroline this bulldog ballerina at the Lodge. He picked it out all by himself. That was sweet of him to think of her. He didn't want anything for himself...aww how sweet.
She loved it. She is at the stage when she knows if you have been gone for a while. When you get back she is sooo very happy to see you.

Can you see the spit up coming out of her mouth....yuck..and yes she still spits up. My happy spitter.

Thomas being sweet and loving his sister..

Caroline's favorite spot....she is laughing because she knows she is not suppose to be under there...

Finally uploaded my pictures from the month of January. I am not a good picture taker at all ( unlike most of my friends). I forget to take them and can't take good ones when I do. However, I think I have captured some good ones...you be the judge!
Caroline is pulling herself up now and stands up pretty much all the time.

( I promise my children have play clothes and wear them. Thomas LOVES his pajamas. We have made huge progress with our "deal" as he calls it. He wears his play clothes out and then when he comes home he can put his pajamas on to take his good nap and then he usually wears them for the rest of the day. We have lots of cute pajamas...but we never wear the matching set. If you could only see his pajama drawer....it would send a neat and organized person over the edge. I try to keep it straight...but his little hands mess it up. I guess you could look at it as independence and learning to dress himself...soo
here he is after the good nap..don't you love the hair! I am
not sure if this picture really shows how good it looks. It is
amazing the styles he can wake up with. He is wearing one of his favorite pj combos...this shirt is way too small but he loves it. The pants glow in the dark

Caroline is on the move..........

More Disney Pics

The new ladies in Thomas's life.....Minnie and Cindagorilla.

Thomas waiting to see Cindagorilla. Notice his prince of the day sticker he is wearing. I was playing that up since he was the only boy in line to meet the princesses ( Belle, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty). I wanted Caroline to meet them ( I know she won't remember) and of course Thomas wanted to go to...so we played up him being their prince. He kind of knew sleeping beauty because that is what we call Caroline when we go get her from her nap.

Is this not the cutest picture ever!! He called her Cindagorilla to her face and she was so sweet about it. She said she had never been called that before in her sweet Cinderella voice. They were all so nice and spent a lot of time with the kids.

How sweet....
More pics to come..we have a lot!!!!

Disney

Thomas meeting Buzz.

Caroline and her fairy godmother...notice her cinderella dress!

We looked down one day around 5:30 and they were both sleeping. So, John and I had a nice quiet dinner together :)

On the morning we left. They both got their Mouse Ears. This was taken waiting to eat at "Chef Mickey" Breakfast...so much fun. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy were all there. Minnie came out and saw Caroline dressed up like her and Minnie's reaction was so cute. We have it on video but I am not smart enough to put it on the blog. When Mickey came around to our table, Thomas told him that he kissed Minnie...

We also used the Disney Photo Pass..which is what I call a "luxury expense". We prepaid for a CD with all our pictures they( professional photographers all over the parks) take of you on it. It was nice that all four of us could be in pictures and not having to ask people to always take our picture. We took about 200 pictures....

So we went to Disney the week before Christmas...the 16- 20th. Thanks to lots of help from friends that go often ( Brittnay, Sha, and Nakeetsha) our trip was great. Mousesavers.com is a great website that can save you some $$ as well as give you lots of tips and info. We booked through Small World Vacations-Heather Garrett was our travel agent. She is so nice and very helpful. We got the package deal with room, park hopper tickets, and meal plan...I recommend all of it. Here are just a few pics. Thomas thinks we are going back "after Halloween". His favorites were all the characters, Peter Pan, and Small World rides. Caroline was so good on the trip. She went with the flow and slept when she got tired.

Trying to upload pics

Christmas pics I have been trying to upload...3rd time is a charm

Thomas eating the leftover cookies..He thought Santa left those cookies for him.

Caroline showing off her new walker/stroller. Baby Cinderella was a gift from her daddy in Disney. Thomas calls Cinderella Cindagorilla....will have to tell that story later.

Thomas and Buzz. He got Woody at Disney and was so excited that Santa brought him Buzz, cuz Buzz missed Woody( his exact words)

Thomas and Caroline putting out snacks for Santa. Notice the pjs that don't match. Thomas loves pajamas....especially pajamas that don't match. Getting him to put play clothes on is a real task. The minute we get home from going anywhere...he puts on his pajamas. Everyday, he asks me if he can stay in his pajamas all day.

Putting out reindeer food.

This is a really cute plate we have. You can write on it. He told me what to write and he was even sweet enough to put some things on there for Caroline.

December Fun

Thomas playing on his new "fork" (fort) his daddy built for him for Christmas....early Christmas present.

Been a while since I posted....
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. What JOY it brings to celebrate the birth of Jesus. How thankful we are that HE came for us.

Caroline is 7 months old...with her two teeth. She is scooting everywhere...so watch out.

I took these pictures of her the first weekend in December. Thomas was at my parents house while we were getting things ready for Disney and Christmas. Caroline is truly my :smiley girl"

Thomas had fun playing in the snow. Sorry Caroline I did not let you come outside and play. WE had fun!!!
