What Mom?

I got my hair cut today and Thomas went along for his first trim. His hair was getting a little long over his ears...so we decided it was time. Here are a few picks we took. As you can tell on the 2nd one, he wasn't too sure about Mrs. Liza cuting it. Of course, we had to give him the "giant puff" to help with the cuting. Mrs. Liza did a great job! (it helps that she has a cutie pie one year old herself)



A little side note-I don't have any pictures. We have started the rennovations to our new/old house. Thomas and I have been playing "Bob the Builder" this week. We are beyond excited to finally get some work going on over there. Things are really coming along and everything is falling into place. So, with that said, our house is still for sale. But, our God is faithfull and His timing is perfect, so we trust that He will take care of all this.

My new ride!

Thomas has already out grown his little red car and wanted a new ride for his birthday..so like anyother parent who loves their child dearly, we decided to go ahead and give him his birthday present a little early.....what do you think?

Just kidding. This is our friend Jennifer's new car. Thomas got to play in it last night at bible study. We are so blessed to have a wonderful group of friends we get to share life with. So many blessings to be thankfulfor. Most of all we get to share Sunday nights and learn about our gracious Father.

Jr Man

As for Jr. Man, he is still very busy doing the "spider man". He holds onto everthing and walks around. He has his pathways around the house so he can get where he needs to go. We have enjoyed the warm weather this week, however I think the only things he got from me beside my fat feet where my allergies...so Jr. Man sounds more like Darthvader this weekend. Can't believe he is almost 1!!

My new favorite!

This is the canvas MK painted for the kids bathroom at our new old house. I am so excited about it..and I just love it. Speaking of our old new house, after a long time of waiting to find some workers ( who we can agree on a price :)) we hope to start the remodeling next week...YEAH!! We (John, CC, and I ) have spent the last week taking down lovely wallpaper-2 layers. So, we are very excited to get some real work started and hopefully will find someone that would like to buy our house soon.

Saturday was our nephew Layne's 3rd Birthday. Thomas had a great time at the birthday party. The little girl next to him is Harlee. Her mom owns Nursery Rhymes a really cute baby store. They had the best time eating their ice cream cake and goldfish.

Been a While

In case you haven't heard....we all went to the zoo this week. We had a great time. If you like the t-shirt Thomas is wearing my friend (the guest family (renee guest)and "boss" makes them along with lots of other cute stuff. Check out her blog to see more. Thomas is very, very busy getting into everything and I am just waiting for him to let go and walk. He holds on and cruises around all the furniture in the house.
